1. Coverage
This Refund Policy applies to every purchase of the AI Execution OS Starter Kit, Pro Pack, or Implementation Sprint (each a "Product") made via ai-execution-os.web.app.
2. The 7-day window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date for any reason. After 7 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
3. How to request a refund
Email ownagentsai@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- Your name
- The email used at checkout
- Your order reference (the last six characters from your thank-you page or your Stripe receipt)
- A short note on why the Product was not a fit (one sentence is enough — used to improve the Product)
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Approved refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
4. Implementation Sprint — partial refund rule
The Implementation Sprint ($999 USD) includes a real-time kickoff call and a 7-day async-support window in addition to the Pro Pack content.
If you request a refund before the kickoff call has been delivered, you receive a full refund.
If you request a refund after the kickoff call has been delivered, the refund is reduced by the value of the kickoff call ($199 USD) and the support window already consumed (pro-rated daily). The Pro Pack content portion remains refundable within the 7-day window.
5. Limits and exclusions
- We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, evidence of file redistribution after refund, or requests outside the 7-day window without a qualifying legal basis.
- Refunds returned via Stripe may be subject to Stripe's currency-conversion rates at the time of refund. Small variances between purchase and refund amounts in your local currency are not separately refundable.
6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If a Product has a major failure as defined under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at your election.
7. Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Refund requests are evaluated against the policy that was in effect on your purchase date.
