This Privacy Policy describes how AI Empire (the "Seller", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ai-execution-os.web.app or purchase the AI Execution OS Starter Kit, Pro Pack, or Implementation Sprint (the "Products").

1. What we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Email address — collected by Stripe at checkout to deliver your purchase, send your receipt, and contact you for support.
- Name (optional) — if provided to Stripe at checkout.
- Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your full card number.
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we retain that correspondence to provide support.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Page-view counts and click counts — aggregate-only, no IP storage, no cookies, no third-party trackers.
- Standard server logs — Firebase Hosting may retain short-term request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- To process your purchase and deliver the digital bundle.
- To send your receipt and any necessary transactional emails.
- To respond to support requests and refund requests.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your email for marketing without your separate, explicit opt-in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. Legal basis (GDPR / EEA + UK)
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver the Product you purchased.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — for tax, accounting, and AML record-keeping.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for fraud prevention and basic site security.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for any optional marketing email, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing with processors
We share the minimum information necessary with the following processors:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
- Google LLC (Firebase Hosting + Workspace email) — hosting and email delivery. policies.google.com/privacy
Both processors are bound by industry-standard Data Processing Agreements and, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
5. International transfers
Stripe and Google process data in the United States and other countries. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or applicable UK addendum, supplemented by each processor's published technical and organisational measures.
6. Retention
- Purchase records (email + receipt) — retained for 7 years to meet Australian tax law (s 262A Income Tax Assessment Act 1936).
- Support correspondence — retained for up to 3 years from the last interaction.
- Server logs — automatically rotated within 30 days.
7. Your rights

7.1 GDPR / UK GDPR (EEA + UK residents)
- Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21).
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7.2 CCPA / CPRA (California residents)
- Right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any CCPA right.
- We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
7.3 Australian Privacy Act + APPs
- Right to access (APP 12) and correction (APP 13).
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Security
We use HTTPS for all customer-facing endpoints, never store payment-card data on our infrastructure, and limit access to purchase records to the minimum personnel required to provide support.
9. Children
The Products are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and, where you have an active customer relationship with us, notify you by email.
